These are lovely. I heated one in the Air Fryer and had half with grated vegan cheddar and the other half with banana and peanut butter. Filling and tasty!
I’m surprised by how much protein is in a single serving - 7.1g! These muffins are high in energy but low in sugar. Versatile and good quality. I would get these again
