This ham is 100% plant-based, even if on the packaging it says 'vegetarisch'. This whole thing vega, vegan is so confusing. Then the ludicrous meat industry makes the ridiculous assumption to ban names like milk, hotdog, zalm for plant-based products because they are confusing. Meat industry - give us a break!
Anyway, product is quite nice and it is VERY processed, therefore unhealthy.
