Review of Gunkan sushi at Plant Food + Wine by thumbelinasana

THE BEST PLANT BASED SUSHI EVER!! I’m pleasantly surprised, with no fish! It is a Mentaiko/Uni topped sushi this is a little spicy like wasabi. It has a nice crunch and the texture is on point with the nori and short grain rice. It also comes in bite sizes, like traditional gourmet sushi.
