This is my go to protein shake. It has 35 grams of protein and all essential amino acids. This drink is perfect if you're working out or if you're just trying to meet a certain amount of protein everyday and you're struggling to get it in your daily diet. I've had a lot of their flavors and the chocolate one is super yummy, tastes similar to chocolate milk. The drink is not very thick surprisingly so I don't get too full when I drink it. Overall great protein shake!
