Review of Vegan Scallops - Nature's Charm by stevenneoh

I always love #mushrooms so this is hard to appraise, because while I enjoyed eating the #eryngii #scallops I also didn't find anything particularly special about them 😐 They tasted like, well, eryngii 😅

Maybe I didn't prepare them in the right way. The can provides a variety of ways that you can cook these. I merely pan-fried them in vegetable oil, maybe I should try to season and roast them or something 🤨 #veganseafood

P.S. my plate was full of other good stuff but it's the round bits just in front of the tin!
