These Salmon burgers are hands down the best textured fish-less pattie I’ve tried so far. The flavor wasn’t as salmon heavy as I anticipated but that was just fine since the base was moist and delicious “as-is” - no salmon needed, thank you. I look forward to trying this product in a flaked form instead of a burger for a variety of dishes.
