Review of lemon bar at Cleveland Vegan by thethriftyplant

So first off, it is very rare to find a vegan lemon bar! And this lemon bar did not disappoint, it was sweet and tart and had a very crumbly crust. It also had a candied lemon slice on top which was equally delicious. Really recommend giving this a try! One of the best lemon bars I’ve ever had even compared to the non vegan ones from before I went vegan.
