Vegan Tonkotsu at Buya Ramen Factory — shuggerlee's Review (May 27, 2023)

Good ramen dish that I haven’t had before. The tofu chāshū was nice and crispy, it has quite a lot of green onions and maybe a little too much of the kikurage mushroom. The broth was very delicious thanks to the black garlic oil. The portion was a little too big for me, I couldn’t finish.
