Includes a matcha tofu pudding (or daifuku / mochi if they have stock), sea-flavoured konnyaku-based sashimi, crunchy enoki and mixed veg tempura w a savoury dipping sauce, creamy and slightly tangy potato and carrot salad, chilled / hiyashi silken tofu, marinated wakame salad w sesame seeds and tasty soy-based ‘unagi’ maki stuffed w avocado.
