This is a tasty quick meal for those #lazyvegan days!! I love the smoky mushroom 🍄 flavor this dish gives and there’s a decent amount of mushroom 🍄 pieces in it. Its very warm and comforting as if you were eating a savory oatmeal. Unfortunately this does contain palm oil so may not get this again for that reason. I wasn’t to fond of having to heat this up in a plastic dish and the pull back cover is plastic also. I was expecting the sodium content to be a lot more but 610 mg isn’t as mad as other brands of ready meals.
#lowinfat 4g of #protein for this and only 1g of fiber.
I bought this from the Joong Boo Market and I believe the price was $4 something.
Overall a tasty quick meal!
