Segundo plato del menú del día. 
Muy nutritivo.
Brochetas de tempeh de buena calidad, acompañadas de una base de cuscus con verduritas. 
Por poner un pero, algo seco. Hubiera añadido más salsa por encima.
Pero riquísimo y original, con el nivel que acostumbra Sopa 💚
