Es un polvo que mezclado con agua con gas te simula 4 huevos. Yo lo compré por curiosidad a 1 euro en el Lidl. Lo hice como un revuelto con champiñones y para un día está bien, es original. Yo lo mezclé con agua sin gas porque no tenía con gas y funcionó. Con el agua el polvo tiene una reacción y va cogiendo densidad. El sabor de la mezcla sin cocinar es horrible, casi lo tiro, pero después lo sofreí y tomó un sabor completamente distinto y de textura también parecido al huevo. Con todo y con eso a mi me parece que son como polvos mágicos y no muy sanos , así que yo no repetiré...
