Review of carrot cake coconut cookies - HungryRoot by izzyyrey

These cookies are really good. They definitely don't have that flaky baked cookie kind of texture, more like a coconut cake kind of texture, lots of little pieces of carrot and coconut in each bite. It has a very strong cinnamon flavor and is not too sweet. The cookie is also very crumbly and falls apart very easily. If you're a fan of #coconut this is absolutely a great treat for you. Overall great product!
