garden caesar salad at Pig Minds Brewing Co. — aubrey :)'s Review (May 20, 2023)

first of all, i’d like to give a shout out to the ciabatta toast on this caesar salad. i really, really thought that was a nice addition to the fish and really pulled it all together! it was almost reminiscent of garlic bread.
the salad itself was just a classic caesar: romaine, tomato, cucumber, dressing. i thought the dressing tasted authentic and creamy (it wasn’t overly thick or watery) and came with a good portion size. some may miss the parmesan cheese that is typical sprinkled on a caesar, but i did not. just noting it for the parmesan fans out there ! 🤞
