i’m corny mac bowl at Pig Minds Brewing Co. — aubrey :)'s Review (May 20, 2023)

(my last review didn’t post, sorry if this posts twice..)
reminiscent of street corn, this mac bowl has a bold flavor; they don’t short you on the corn and the pasta is filled with garlic, parmesan, and a slight chili kick. while i enjoyed this mac bowl quite a lot, i wouldn’t recommend it for the faint of heart or those who are looking to eat a basic bowl of mac n cheese.
there’s definitely a lot of cheese in this bowl, and it might be a bit on the heavy side for some (cheese-wise & overall richness), but i’d for sure order this one again!
