Buonissimo questo seitan alla piastra della Vivi Verde della #coop !!
Buonissimo sia spadellato , brasato , impanata , chi più ne ha , più ne metta 🤣, che mangiato così, crudo , nell’insalata 🥗 !
Sinceramente non ho trovato molte differenze dalla versione al naturale , sempre della stessa azienda !
Comunque è approvato 💪🏼, un’ottima alternativa vegetale !
