Crustless Vegan Gluten-Free Quiche at Blue Kiwi — teex's Review (May 18, 2023)

5 stars all round! This might not look so delectable in the pic, but don’t hold it against this tasty morsel - it’s my fault, I took it as a take-away and it was injured in transit. Tofu-based with mushrooms and roasted tomatoes, I thoroughly enjoyed this quiche! It does collapse a bit without a crust, but it delivers on taste and texture! A definite win and I can’t wait to have it again!
