Vietnamese Rolls at Parada Vegana — Tessa's Review (May 17, 2023)

Maybe I should have known better....as someone living in Asia to order this in Peru 😂 but I did it anyway. And it wasn't terrible. It just wasn't great. The peanut sauce tasted too sweet....needed some lime and chili for sure. And the soy sauce was thick and syrupy. There was enough quantity at least. Also I'm not the biggest fan of plain tofu just sitting there , really could have made this dish better with some marinade:). Well I got some raw veggies in and it filled me up for awhile surprisingly! #veganperu #springrolls
