I didn't like the flavor of this, it tastes fake, whatever they used for the cheese is nowhere near as good as the Daiya boxed vegan macaroni with a squeeze cheez pouch. It is a decent source of protein, carbs and fat but has very little other nutrition unless you eat the entire box at once (no thanks).
I probably won't buy this again.
