How am I just now learning that vegan Kewpie exists? I need to get my hands on a bottle ASAP! 

Vegan Japanese Mayo

I never had the original Kewpie Mayo so I cannot compare the two, but this vegan version is tasty!  It is surprisingly eggy.  It is light, umami and a bit sweet. This was a splurge on Amazon with rewards points so I will save it for special dishes.
