The taste is pretty bland but it is nutritious and you can add so many things to ProNutro to make a tasty and balanced breakfast. On the whole a good purchase, although I much prefer the banana flavour.
10.2g of protein and 7.1g of dietary fibre per serving but it also has 10.8g of sugar in a serving, which is higher than you’d think for something so plain
Got it on special at Pick n Pay recently, for R65 I think. It’s normally around R80 for 750g
