These escalopes had a savory flavor, similar to the usual breaded chicken I've tasted! I fried them with a bit of oil until they became crispy. The fact that they were breaded with corn makes them a good option for people with celiac disease. I just wished they were a bit thicker, but overall, they were very tasty. I highly recommend them! Makes me forget about the usual breaded chicken.
