If the name of this dish was longer I swear it’d be part of the Malayan sultanage 😵 While not actual royalty though, I’m sure even royals would agree that this stuff was rich! Not in the needs to be overthrown kind but like really nice to eat kind 😇 ..wait… 🧐 This appears to be two dishes amalgamated into one ☝️ The #monkeyheadmushroom in the middle are lovely & #spicy while the lemon flavoured #veganduck bits that circle the edge a complete #zesty 180° 📍 Both of them equally greasy and wonderful though! If you want to #eattherich *cough cough* I mean this dish, you’ll have to order the 长寿福宴 set. Worth it, but at S$40 per head you’ll probably have to be considerably rich too 🤹
