The soy sausages were OK. Unfortunately, my husband had them on the grill for a little too long. The skin was already dry and firm. The inside, on the other hand, was relatively soft and detached from the skin. The consistency is not at all reminiscent of grilled sausages. But they taste OK. A rather average taste. Unfortunately not as convincing as the Taifun Tofus.
