Review of Black Forest - White Rabbit Bakery by papilio

The Black Forest ball is covered in a chocolate ganache that is very rich. The cream is silky and smooth. The cherry layer is a bit too sweet, but contains whole candied cherries. The chocolate layer contains just the right amount of liquor to round up the flavours and give the combination an edge. The chocolate shavings on the outside are smooth and add to the pretty look. For CHF 9.00 quite expensive.
