Seitan stake at The Green Affair — bessiebean's Review (May 9, 2023)

A typical Portuguese dish - we saw this everywhere! Wonderful to be able to try a vegan version. The mustard sauce was excellent 👌 there is a lot of seitan here, and while it was certainly good - the water content is high; it’s almost as if I’d prefer it to be a little dehydrated before being plated.
