Samoosa parr at Modern Tailors — sunshineyum (she, her)'s Review (May 8, 2023)

My granny always fried up the stray bits of the parr (pastry) not used in the making of the #samoosa batch and we loved to monch it like crisps. Such nostalgia to suddenly encounter the same light Indian snack at a fusion Indian restaurant.
