Pros:
- Tastes pretty fresh
- Good presentation
- Isn’t lathered with vinegar
- Doesn’t have a fishy taste( could be a con to some)
- Suites the average Indian palate
Cons:
- It is not authentic
- Don’t expect it to taste like sushi
