This is one of the few Vegan ice creams available in medium-small town France. I buy it frm Cora, which carries many Alnatura products. It is organic and less expensive than major brand non-organic dairy ice-cream). It is delicious and creamy, made from fermented German oat milk (fermented) and chocolate hazelnut spread (in delicious lumps). There's some rapeseed oil and sunflower lecithin in there too, along with pea and broad bean protein. Ok not so healthy at 20 percent carbs, 3 percent protein and 1 percent fibre, but it's a nice treat.
