That's for sure one of the best vegan cheese I've tried so far! It was very pricey for such a small amount, but I believe it was worth it. It has a specific and very actually cheesy taste 🤤 It's grated, so it's really convenient and the shreds do not stick to each other a lot + it melts nicely.
