Vegan Torta

El Nutri Taco

This consisted of soy curls, black beans, pickled jalapeños, grilled onions, lettuce, and vegan butter and mayonnaise, plus mushrooms and vegan cheese on a fluffy telera roll.  It was hearty, flavorful, and generously sized.
