Eggplant Bhartha at India Oven — pdxveg's Review (May 2, 2023)

This consisted of fresh 🍆 baked in a clay oven, diced in chunks, and simmered on low heat in a richly flavorful sauce that had a blend of fresh herbs, green onions, tomatoes, and spices. There is a choice of mild, medium, or hot, and we picked medium, which provided a satisfying amount of 🔥. (Gluten-free)
