Review of Friarielli D’Italia at Pit'sa by tuscanvegan
Oh my goodness, this was probably the best vegan pizza I've ever had. Greens fried in garlic with a little chilli, topped with dollops of amazing vegan cheese and hummus, with little crisps made of dehydrated sun-dried tomato paste. And the base was amazing, really flavourful too. A wonderful place and so welcoming, it's also a social enterprise. I only wish I'd been staying in Bergamo for longer!
