These vegan chicken tenders tasted good but they came out very dry, probably because I baked them too long. I’ll give them another try since I’m sure this was user error. Very convenient for a quick meal.
Update: I made them again following the package instructions and they came out well. Not dry but not a lot of chicken flavor. The texture was pretty close to chicken.
