Review of The Sunnyside at Chubby Bunny by pdxveg

This had a delicious and stunningly realistic sunny-side-up 🥚 that did not come from a 🐔! It was made by Yo! Egg from soy and chickpeas and had a crave-worthy runny yolk on top of a smooth, tender, and firm egg white, 3 grams of protein, no cholesterol, and no animal cruelty. Wow! In addition to the 🌱-based 🥚, this had savory, seasoned tofu feta, rich and creamy garlic hummus, pickled red peppers, perfectly ripe avocado, and bright and fresh microgreens on crisp and pleasantly chewy toasted sourdough bread. Full of delicious contrasts of flavor and texture, it was amazing.
