A great twist of the classic pan con tomate🍅! Soooo freaking good, seriously! Despite being such a simple dish, all the flavours were thriving: #sourdough bread soaked in #salmorejo (a #Spanish tomato soup), and topped with #cherrytomatoes, #plantbased feta cheese, #spirulina and #extravirginoliveoil .
So worth the 4,9€⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
