The cake looks good and it also taste good also if the seed oil that I used is not the best for cakes (I used the flex seed oil and itās not the best one to use for cakes but at least brings some omega3 šš¼

Ricorda perĆ² che con il calore gli Omega-3 vengono persi! L'olio di semi di lino va sempre conservato in frigorifero e consumato senza cottura (es. per condire l'insalata o su una fetta di pane) š
