The filling here is pea protein and giant cous cous - the latter gives it an interesting texture that breaks up the monotony one might find (dare I say it) in a Greggs sausage roll. It is overly salted so I would recommend ketchup to take the edge off. But overall a decent lunch snack, well priced, and according to a source who has eaten pig sausage rolls - very close to the texture & flavour.
