Review of Crispy-Battered Tofu Patties at EMPRESS by cciot

These were fine. For $22, I expected more something? Weirdly enough, the broccoli were the best part of the dish. The tofu patties were FINE but something I could expect to get at a hawker taste wise. The glaze on top was weirdly floral (I think it was ginger flower glaze) and not my favourite at all.
