So I got a huge order of these noodles on Amazon super cheap, I have been using them in recipes for months. The amount I received for the price was a big draw as they are plant based. The ingredients are a bit... yikes 😬!! and so the chow mein IF you use the included noodle packet is highly processed. I also don't think the taste is that great. BUT I love that they come with seaweed packets.
I will throw out the soup packet and make my own sauce (as pictured here with tofu) and sometimes still use the seaweed as a final topping along with Japanese 7 spice.
