The raw food cheesecake was very fruity and slightly sweet. The sweetest part was actually the base, which consisted of nuts, nut flour and agave syrup. To my mind, the agave syrup could have been left out, but somehow the base has to hold together. The bottom layer of the cheesecake tasted slightly of mango, the top fruity of blueberries. All in all, they went well together.
