My husband stumbled across this restaurant the other day. He invited me because I am currently doing a sugar-free challenge. The restaurant advertises that all food and drinks are organic, local, vegan and sugar-free. Although sugar-free means they don't use refined sugar.

The carob cocoa was a surprise. It tasted barely sweet and rather a little caramel malty. The little sweetness probably came from the vegetable drink used. The price is quite high at almost 5 euros.
