Well I’m glad I didn’t wait to make this for a function… I would have been scrambling to make something else .. most of the pasta broke apart so the cute shapes were just hunks .. maybe I should’ve stirred … I also added a little for more flavor .. I added so nutritional yeast .. I used Country Crock cream .. and Country Crock butter substitute.. I think that added a lot ..
