It is super unique to find a kimchi that doesn't have fish or anchovy paste in it!
Jesse got this for me as a #surprise when he went to the Superstore lol I was so excited to see it was #accidentallyvegan !! It has a vegetarian label on the front, but the ingredients look pretty #vegan to me lol
He said it was $8.
I used it in my salads for the week. I did a base of kale and spinach, steamed broccoli, a pineapple salsa and a tofu scramble (in addition to the kimchi). It was so #flavourful and #filling.
