These mini golden Brazilian papayas by UG BP are so tasty 😋!! This is the 1st time I’m trying these smaller papayas and I love them! They are the perfect single serving size!
When ripe they are juicy, have a soft and #naturallysweet flesh!! I’ve heard 🙉 so many different ways to supposedly eat the seeds that are extremely bitter but not so sure of the actual health benefits of doing so.
If someone knows more about the consumption of the seeds please let me know!
Rich in #vitaminc (great for immune system) and #calcium, #iron , #potassium and #vitamina !!
This fruit can be kinda smelly 👃 but absolutely delicious 🤤 and a must try when ripe!
These were $2.50 at Jerry’s Fresh Market and I hope I can enjoy more of these soon!
I filled with fresh fruit to make a fruit salad in a papaya boat 😁💚🌱😋🥰!! So good!
