What a stunning dish! I really enjoyed the maple friendly bacon and the waffle, which was amazing in taste and texture, and even had a hint of sweetness.
I wasn’t a big fan of the vicken (fried tofu) as it was a bit too dry and crunchy, and the dish didn’t seem to come with smoked corn, as listed on the menu. Otherwise this was a tasty and well balanced meal with a good spicy kick to it. I think it’s well priced at R105.
