This isn’t my favorite roast, but it’s pretty good for the price. I love that Trader Joe’s made their own and it makes these roast more accessible. Some of the other brands can be a bit spendy when not on sale.
I think Trader Joe’s could improve the gravy the most. It was just ok. The flavor was meh and it was pretty gelatinous. Overall, I would get another brand over this one, but it was still fairly good and I’m glad that it exists.
