Review of Breakfast Sausage Links - Beyond Meat by carolbrittx
I prefer the patties to the links, which had the consistency of Vienna Sausages in comparison. I used them in a Cajun Beans and Rice recipe, browned on all sides before adding at the end. Casings are mentioned in the ingredients, but there was no evidence of these, just slimy pink ‘Viennas’. Maybe this is because they are not a frozen product.
