Review of Plant Based Mie Bakso Urat at Gourmand Deli by healthywithakriti
This tasted delish! The fishballs tasted very much like impossible meat. The broth was subtle and is just right amount of Umami. I love that they add oyster mushrooms and so many greens. Comes with two types of sambal, soya sauce, and a basket of em ping and vegetarian kurupuk. This restaurant is at the St. Regis hotel.
