Review of Vaganata - Cafe de nata by jessskh
I am very happy that this exists. Love the pastry of the tart, it’s flakey and has bite to it and it’s not a thick layer. The tart filling is soft and sweet with a good texture. It looks custard-y throughout yet is not liquid-y. I don’t feel as though I’m missing out on custard tarts because of this.
